I love mashed potatoes. I don’t mind the bag-kind either, but I find it boring. So, I decided to fix it up a little. Here’s how:
You’ll need:
- Mash-in-a-bag
- Cream
- Salmon
Cut the salmon in smallish dices, and fry in butter or oil with salt and pepper. Make the mash, replacing some of the fluid with cream. Add the salmon to the mash. Serve
